Q: How do I check the Status of an order?
A: Enter your confirmation number into the form, found in upper section of the customer service page.

Q:  Why was my order canceled?
A:  
Orders are typically canceled for two reasons:  1.) A shipping address you provided falls outside the contiguous united states or is an APO address.  2.) We have determined, item(s) you ordered were currently out of stock and unavailable (in most cases customer service, will contact you to let you know this the case.)

Q: What are my shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs, from within your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before, the confirm your order step of the checkout process.

Q: How can I tell the expiration date of an item?
A: At the top of each item page there is a link to "Ask us a question about this item".  Clicking on the link will make it easy to email, us and request  the current expiration date information of our inventory for the item.

Q: What is a Monthly Shipment Subscription?
A: When you order a Monthly Shipment Subscription, you will be billed montly and fresh product will be sent to you on the anniversary of your order. You may cancel at any time without penalty, return any unopened product for a full refund.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders placed on Monday-Thursday will ship within 24 hours (Orders placed on Friday-Sunday or on holidays usually ship  the following Monday.
